Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 July 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Worldwide IDs website, API, and related tools (the “Service”), operated by AInur Forge Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17310561 with its registered office at Unit 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom, trading as Worldwide IDs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service generates synthetic, fake national identification, tax, and passport-style numbers that are valid in format (and, where applicable, checksum) but are not real and are not assigned to any person or entity. Where a country publishes reserved or never-issued ranges we draw from them as a good-faith measure so output cannot correspond to a real holder; all other output is clearly labelled “synthetic”. The Service exists solely to help test, build, and demonstrate software.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and must not be barred from using the Service under applicable law. The Service is not directed to children. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

3. Permitted use

Use generated values only for software testing, QA, development, demonstrations, and education.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use the Service or any output to: present a value as a real identifier to any person, business, or authority; apply for accounts, credit, benefits, or services; impersonate, deceive, or defraud anyone; evade identity verification, KYC, or AML controls; or for any unlawful purpose. The full list is in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You are solely responsible for how you use the output and bear all associated risk.

5. No advice; no guarantee of accuracy

Identifier formats and rules vary by jurisdiction and change over time. The Service is provided for convenience only, does not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice, and we do not warrant that any value is correct or suitable for a given system.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (which for free use is US$0) or US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. Free and paid API tiers may carry rate limits, and we may revoke access for abuse.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, and its content are owned by us or our licensors. We claim no rights over the fake values you generate.

11. Third parties

The Service may link to or display third-party content or advertising. We are not responsible for third parties or their policies.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes take effect on posting, and continued use is acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. General

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms (with the AUP and Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between us. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may.
